Modern culture confuses joy with being happy.
Being happy is a part of being joyful.
Happiness is dependent on a particular outcome while joy is a state of being which is independent from what is going on in one’s life.
Simply: Happiness is based on external factors
while joy is from an internal source.
Your biggest test during your mid-year season is overcoming external pressures and disappointments with joy.
Joy is a weapon against the storms of life.
It is a state of mind that is excited about life no matter what is going on.
Your life might be looking like the aftermath of a tornado but joy is acting out
the hope that things are working out for your good.
Joy encompasses gratitude, faith, hope, happiness and a general excitement for life.
Joy is a high vibration.
When something is spinning fast, It becomes invisible to the eye.
Being joyful makes you invisible to all the low frequency things which are the
things that you don’t want to experience i.e. drama, lack, fear, doubt etc.
It puts you on the same frequency with all the wonderful things that you want to experience.
Practical ways to be joyful.
